Yoga for Tweens & Teens is all about balance, strength, and harmony. Not only is yoga good for you physically, but it promotes relaxation & an overall sense of well being. It calms the mind helping to prevent extreme reactions, and it teaches compassion. Plus the flexibility gained from Yoga practice can help minimize the chance of a sports injury and build core strength. Join us on Thursdays!
$45 for 3 week session
July 15, July 22 and August 5 (no class July 29)
3-5 year olds 11:00 -11:30am

This is a Circuit class alternating cardio conditioning with strength training. This is an energizing class with numerous health benefits.
